Professional Requirements
- Elementary and Middle School applicants must have earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Preschool applicants must have earned a Child Development Associate’s Degree and/or an Early Childhood Education Degree.
- After receiving an offer of employment, you must complete a physical examination and criminal history record clearance at WNA’s expense, and present a certification of a negative TB test or an X-ray clearance.
Spiritual Requirements
- WNA shall employ only individuals who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and demonstrate an active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ as described in the Covenant of Christian Conduct.
- All teachers must be regular attenders of a local evangelical Christian church.
Notification of offers of employment
- Requests for interview by WNA are made by telephone or email. Following the interview(s), an offer of employment will be made either by telephone or email.
- Upon an offer of employment, you will have two weeks to make your decision.
- Due to the large number of applications received, only interviewed applicants will be notified of the final decision.
- All applications are maintained on active status for one year. After one year, a new application must be submitted for consideration.
