- Completed and signed employment application
- After receiving an offer of employment, you must complete a physical examination and criminal history record clearance at WNA’s expense, and present a certification of a negative TB test or an X-ray clearance.
Spiritual Requirements
- Non-Teaching employees are expected to exhibit a Christ-like lifestyle and be role models to our students both on and off school campus and hours in accordance with the Covenant of Christian Conduct.
- Must be regular attenders of a local evangelical Christian church.
Notification of offers of employment
- Requests for interview by WNA are made by telephone or email. Following the interview(s), an offer of employment will be made either by telephone or email.
- Upon an offer of employment, you will have two weeks to make your decision.
- Due to the large number of applications received, only interviewed applicants will be notified of the final decision.
- All applications are maintained on active status for one year. After one year, a new application must be submitted for consideration.
